As Head of Quality, I am responsible for safeguarding quality and ensuring compliance with all national and international regulations. In practice, this means clear communication, meticulous process monitoring, and a sharp eye for detail in day-to-day operations, ensuring that every study is conducted to the highest possible standards.

In my role as Study Operations Lead (SOL), coordinating multiple ongoing studies is a key part of the work. This involves fostering smooth collaboration between sponsors, participants, and the study team, with resources, planning, and execution all optimally aligned.

Drawing on my own personal experience as a patient, the perspective of participants is something I hold close. Making studies as clear and accessible as possible, and giving both patients and their loved ones a meaningful voice within the research process, is what drives me every day.
